Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 100% Refund if cancelled 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date.
- 90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to schedule arrival date but less than 45 days to scheduled arrival date.
- 60% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days to scheduled arrival date.
- No refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
- Change in guest/guests names would be treated as Cancellation.
- In case of any date change ₹3000/Per Tent + 18% GST will be charged, in addition to rate difference charges if any.
- Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
- GST shall be charged as per applicable.
- In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).
Terms and Conditions
- The pre-purchase amount cannot be used for Package bookings between 22nd December 2023 and 31st December 2023.
- Additionally, bookings are restricted during the Full Moon Nights on 25-27 December 2023 and 24-26 January 2024.
- Our special discount offer does not cover extra mattresses. These will be billed separately at the time of booking.
