Rann Utsav extends over three months, bringing together local artisans, performers, musicians and folk artists in an attempt to recreate the state’s rich culture. This year, the festival will run from Tue November 1, 2016-Mon February 20, 2017. Here’s what you need to know about visiting the Rann Utsav this year.
