- We provide additional or enhanced products/services to existing customers as part of our upselling activities, including celebration packages for special occasions.
- Customers must be 18 years or older to participate in our celebration offers. Customers under 18 must be accompanied by a guardian. Guardians will not be admitted free of charge.
- Certain offers may apply only to specific products or services. Please refer to the individual offer details.
- Celebration offers are valid only for the period specified in the offer. Customers can only take advantage of offers as outlined in the specific terms.
- All upselling products/services will be priced as stated at the time of the offer. Payment is due in accordance with our standard payment terms.
- Orders for celebration services will be processed as per our standard procedures. Delivery times and costs will be provided during the order process.
- All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided. Refunds will only be considered if the service is cancelled from our side.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our standard refund terms.
- Customers must provide accurate information and adhere to these terms and conditions.
- We collect and use customer data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
- Full payment must be made in advance. No claim for celebration services will be entertained without full payment.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
- All packages are subject to product availability. If a product within a package is unavailable at the time of booking, the package will be considered unavailable, even if previously offered.
- All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes. An 18% GST will be applied to all packages.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.
- Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables such as money, jewellery, electronics, cameras, and other similar items. All such valuables are carried at the guest’s own risk.
- Any dispute arising from the above terms and conditions is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
